Mud monsters, bug watching, and conker creatures....

Children learn through play, and socialising together in organised activities. At The Owl in the Tree we give them unlimited opportunies to develop their potential through a fantastic range of fun things to do.

Exploring natural habitats is a wonderful experience, which will spark childrens' interest in how creatures live, and also encourage development of strong communication skills.

Making their own art and structures from found materials teaches them a huge range of skills including planning and problem solving, mathematical & spatial awareness, knowledge of the properties of materials, and of course gives them a sense of pride in their creations.

Some of our activities:

  • den building
  • woodwork
  • fire lighting
  • bug hunts
  • tree climbing
  • pond dipping
  • dream catching
  • tree planting
  • necklaces and bracelets
  • growing things
And loads more!
